The Brief
In the current retail climate, floor space is at a premium and sales reps & merchantisers are all competing for the same limited floor space. What can we do differently to support our reps and get our product instore & visable more easily, yet at the same time keep the store manager on board.
The Challenge
Retail display units were causing approval and in-store setup issues across multiple locations.
The Solution
Tangram redesigned the structure and workflow process, created white samples for each SKU and worked directly with retailers to ensure approval before rollout.
The Result
A reduced footprint with maximum volume, faster setup, easier replenishment and smoother rollout across stores.
